To download software you have to click on the name displayed on the left column, this will automatically start the download. You have to select a location where to store the file in your computer. After this is done you will probably have to unzip it, that means, uncompress it. You will know if the file is zipped by checking the file extension, it would be ".zip". Choose the location "C:\Program Files\Palm\Add-on" to save your uncompressed files. Then launch your Palm Desktop application and click on the  "Install" button located on the left side of the screen. Once the install tool is open select "add" and browse until you find the selected file. Click "open" and then "Done" if you want to finish or select a new file that you want to install. The new files will be installed the next time you "synchronize" your PDA.

  4. Launch your Palm Desktop

  5. Click on the  "Install" button

  6. Select "add" and browse until you find the selected file

  7. Click  "Done"

  8. Synchronize your PDA.

Click here if you don't have the PKware utility to unzip the file. (Windows version only)

Once you have finished with the synchronization process, your file could either be an application or a document to be read by another application. In the first case, turn on your PDA and scroll down the different names. If you don't find it, make sure you are in the "All" folder by checking the upper right side of your PDA's screen, if not tap on that spot and select it.

If your file is a text file, you will need to have installed a doc reader. Then launch your reader and then you'll be able to see your file.

Software updates are subject to their developers, and will be available on our website as soon as we receive notice of it.

You can delete any file or application from your device at any time by selecting form the pull down menu "delete". For more information on how to delete refer to your PDA's instruction manual. If you wish to erase the file you downloaded to your computer it should be removed from the folder where you saved it.

No, the applications and files available at this time will only work on PalmOS devices (Palms, Visors, etc.)
